We use a proprietary machining process which is unique in the industry.
The key to achieving the highest possible tolerances and accuracy in manufacture is to minimise the number of operations required to complete the machining process, and to use only high end CNC machines.
Through clever engineering and investing in advanced machinery we have been able to cut the number of operations required to machine the mount from eight to two.
By doing this, we have completely eliminated accuracy loss due to re-setting for different operations - something you will not see anywhere else.
